Cancellation of your order

You have 24 hours of your order to request a cancellation of this one.

After the command is sent

The buyer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise a right of retraction without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty. Returns are to be made in their original state and complete (packaging, accessories, notice). In this context, your responsibility is committed. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. The return fee is $ 10 CAD. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the seller will refund the sums paid, within 14 days of the notification of your request and the same means of payment that used during the order.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF RETRACTION

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• The supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of goods likely to deteriorate or to perish rapidly.
• The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which can not be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
• The supply of goods which, after being delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles.
