Shipping & Returns

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time period indicated on the order validation page. In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that was indicated to you.

In the case of deliveries by a carrier, the seller can not be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposals of appointments.

If you require a delivery with signature at the reception, charges may apply. With each deliveries, a tracking code is provided by the carrier.
